Can't find what you're after? You're welcome to BYO garments and we'll work with you to choose the best decoration method. Factors to consider include fabric, garment colour, artwork colour and artwork style.
We're all about reusing and upcycling so you're welcome to bring us your favourite worn tee but for hygeine reasons we request that whatever you bring is washed throroughly. A hot curing brings out hidden odours so we appreciate the extra wash before you drop it off!
Please also keep in mind that with any kind of printing/decoration things can go wrong so we recommend providing spare garments where possible. Unfortunately BYO items cannot be replaced if anything goes wrong but you can choose something of ours as a replacement.

Please make sure your bags/boxes are all clearly labeled with your name and phone number. For bulk orders please supply a breakdown of colours, sizes and styles being supplied. Charges for unpacking/packing may apply depending on the quantity and requirements.
Bringing Your Own FAQs
How do I place an order if I want to bring my own products?
To place an order where you'd like to bring your own garments, please send us an email with all the information and attach your artwork files or any relevant images and we'll get back to you with a quote.
What happens if something goes wrong with one of my garments?
If you have provided spares, we'll use one of your spares and you will only be charged for the final/correct print. If you cannot provide spares and something goes wrong, unfortunately we can't replace your garment but you can choose something similar from our products.
What are the artwork requirements?
For DTG printing, we require high resolution (300dpi at 100% size) files in a png format and RGB colour mode however we can accept other files types and convert it for you. For screen printing we require vector artwork in .ai or .eps format with all fonts outlined and Pantone colours. If your garment requires digital transfers or vinyl transfers, we require vector artwork in .ai or .eps formats.
