The Pin-Back Badge is our classic and hugely popular badge style. Available in two sizes – small 25mm badges and large 58mm badges.

The Magnetic Bottle Opener Badge

Our customised Magnetic Bottle Opener Badge is available in 58mm. Equipped with a bottle opener, you can stick it on any magnetic surface to keep it handy.

    • Screen printing is ideal when your custom badge design has vibrant and bold colours. It allows for precise colour registration. It prints at a lower resolution (72-160 dpi), meaning finer details may be lost.
  • We undertake strict quality control of your order to make sure you’re getting a great quality product and exactly what you asked for.
  • We deliver your custom badges straight to your door as soon as they are ready. Your order could even arrive the next working day.

What size badges can be printed at PrintLocker?

Our badges come in two sizes; 58 mm and 25 mm. The Pin-Back badge is available in both sizes, while the Magnetic Bottle Opener badge is only available in the larger size.

What is your printing quality like?

DTG prints at a high resolution and is perfect for full colour designs with a lot of detail and also photographic images. It prints up to 1200dpi and fine details are preserved.

Screen printing typically prints between 72-160dpi and therefore the finer details may be lost in the process.
