We offer four different styles of beanies from which to choose. They are ideal for embroidered designs to customise your beanie. Each beanie design has a minimum order of 10: The AS COLOUR Cuff Beanies, Pom Pom Roll Up Plain Beanies, Pom Pom Roll Up Panel Beanies and Pom Pom Pull Down Beanies.

Choose Your Favourite Beanie Style to Customise

Choose from four styles of custom made beanies. Each is unique and can be personalised with your custom made beanie design. 

Opt for the AS Colour Cuff Beanie, a classic beanie style without a pom pom, the  Pom Pom Roll up Plain Beanie, the Pom Pom Roll Up Panel Beanie, or the Pom Pom Pull Down Beanie. Each of them is stylish and easy to custom design. 

Our beanies are made from 100% acrylic and are available in a variety of colour options. This gives them endless potential for personalisation with embroidered designs and branded beanies. All beanies are one size fits all.

The AS Colour Beanie

 

The AS COLOUR Cuff Beanie is the classic custom beanie style made of 100% acrylic that we have available in 18 different colours for you to select from.

You can have any custom design, logo, or text embroidered on the front of the beanie. You can start with a classic go-to white base or choose your favourite statement colour, with a wide variety of colours and design options there are endless ways to design a beanie to your taste.

Add some flare to your custom beanie with our Pom Pom Roll Up Plain Beanies that have a classic large pom pom addition at the top. These custom beanies are also 100% knitted acrylic and are available in two popular colours: black and navy. They are tight-knit with a cuffed hem, longer body and mid-weight and available in the one size that fits all.

Pom Pom Roll Up Panel Beanies

The Pom Pom Roll Up Panel Beanies have a standout striped design as well as the loved pom pom top. These custom beanies are also 100% knitted acrylic and are available in three colours combinations: Grey & Black, Blue & White and Red & Black. They are tight-knit with a cuffed hem, longer body and mid-weight and available in the one size that fits all. Perfect if you’re looking for that extra touch when you design your custom beanie. 

 

How to Personalise Your Beanie with Ease

Designing your own beanie is a simple process. Keep your design simple as it is embroidered onto the beanie, and fine details are difficult to see. You can upload your logo design or create one using our clip art. 

1.        Select your beanie style from one of our four options. 
2.        Choose the colour of your beanie. It is possible to have beanies of different colours; however, the embroidery design must be the same for each one.
3.        Add embroidery text, such as a name or sporting team. Choose from over 100 fonts in our design tool. 
4.        Add your embroidery design. Keep your design simple, without small details and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. 
5.        Finalise your order for a minimum of 10 beanies and let us take care of the rest.

FAQs About Our Custom Beanies

What resolution does my artwork need to be?

The bigger and clearer a graphic is, the better it will look when embroidered. For the best results, upload your design with a resolution of 300 dpi as a minimum.

How large should I make my lettering?

For good readability, fonts need to be 7mm high at least.

Can you embroider a photographic image?

No. Embroidered graphics are sewn onto the garment, so they must be comparatively simple. Gradients won't work either. Artwork must be in solid colours only. If you'd like to have a photograph printed onto a piece of clothing, we have many other options available.

Where do you source the beanies from?

All our beanies for printing are sourced from AS Colour. We work with them because they're committed to social and environmental responsibility — with a transparent supply chain — and because they supply us with excellent products.
